Everything you need to know about how we get your So Peachi order to your door, delivered with Australia Post.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only, using Australia Post. We're not able to ship internationally at this time, but stay tuned — we're working on it.
Delivery Times & Rates
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days before they're handed over to Australia Post. From there, delivery times depend on your location and shipping speed:

How It Works
Place your order. You'll receive an order confirmation by email right away.
We process it. Your order is packed and handed to Australia Post within 1–2 business days.
Tracking is sent. Once your order has been processed and handed to Australia Post, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it the whole way.
It arrives. Delivery timing depends on your shipping method and whether you're in a metro or regional area — see the table above.
Good to Know
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may occasionally vary due to public holidays, high-demand periods (like sales or Christmas), or events outside our control.
- We're not able to redirect parcels once they've been handed to Australia Post. Please double check your shipping address at checkout.
- Once your tracking number is sent, you can follow your parcel's journey directly through the Australia Post website or app.
- If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, get in touch and we'll help track it down.
