Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
Unopened & unused — the product hasn't been opened or used.
Original packaging — the item is in its original packaging.
Packaging undamaged — there is no damage to the original packaging.
Opened or Used Products
For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used products. If there's an issue with your order — like a fault or damage — please reach out and we'll sort it out for you.
How to Start a Return
Email our team with your order number and the reason for your return.
Get approval. Once we've reviewed your request, we'll confirm your return is eligible.
Send it back. We'll send you instructions for returning your item.
Receive your refund. Once we've received and inspected the item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
Refund Timing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us straight away with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund — you won't need to wait for the standard return window in this case.
